Q;  WHAT ARE PHEROMONES?
A;  Pheromones are a natural chemical signal between organisms/animals which
stimulates sexual attraction or other genetically predisposed responses.

Q;  OW DO PHEROMONES WORK?
A;  Pheromone signals are detected through an organ in the nose called the
Vomeronasal Organ (VNO). When the VNO detects the pheromone, it sends a
sexual response signal to the brain.

Q;  HOW CAN PHEROMONES WORK IF THEY ARE UNSCENTED?
A;  The VNO is separate to the organ in the nose responsible for olfaction
(smelling). The VNO has its own alternate pathway to the brain that leads
directly to brain structures that regulate sexual behavior.

Q;  HOW DO I USE PHEROMONES?
A;  PHEROMONES ARE FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. One or two sprays to the front of the
neck should be sufficient to release the pheromone signal.

Q;  HOW LONG DO THE PHEROMONES LAST?
A;  When applied directly to the skin, the pheromones should last approximately
4-6 hours.

Q;WHAT RESPONSES SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN WEARING PHEROMONES?
A;  Responses will vary for each individual depending upon who is receiving the
signal and under what circumstances. Responses range from being smiled at
more often, being touched playfully or flirtatiously to more sexually
explicit responses. Some users have described more passionate lovemaking
when wearing pheromones.

A;  If used regularly, one bottle of pheromones should last approximately 6
weeks. There is no need to over spray yourself. Even though you can not

only.  The base is alcohol and is flammable.

Q;  DO PHEROMONES WORK FOR HOMOSEXUAL ATTRACTION? IF SO, WHICH PHEROMONE SHOULD I USE?
A;  Pheromones work for both hetero and homo sexual attraction. You should
always wear the pheromone designed for gender you wish to attract.  (Date-Mate 2000
attracts females) and (Date-Mate Fm attracts males).  If you wear both you will attract both.

Q;  DO PHEROMONES WORK FOR EVERYONE?
A;  Pheromone responses may vary depending upon the sensitivity of the receiver's
Vomeronasal organ. If someone has had their VNO removed due to injury or
surgery, there will be no pheromone response. Additionally, some users
have found that the pheromone response is strongest between people that
are newly acquainted.

Q;  How is my credit card charged?
A;  Your card is charged in US $$ to Kenny's Internet Service and your card-issuing Bank will automatically debit your card in your own currency.

Q;  I cannot obtain an International Money Order so how can I pay?
A;  We will accept cash in US $$, but first ask us how much this will be in your currency. PLEASE NOTE! We do not accept money orders used within your own country, they MUST be International Money Orders or Federal Express Travelers Checks in US $$. Also if an International Money Order is sent in any currency other that US $$$ you MUST add the equivalent of $20.00 charged by the Federal Reserve Bank to each order to cover our cost of currency conversion to US $$. This is the cost to us!

Q;  Do you accept check from outside the US?
A;  Yes, but only if in US Dollars and drawn on a United States Bank. If I pay by check in the US, how long does my order take? We allow 7 days for check clearance, so around 9 to 10 days from receipt of your check.

Q;  Are orders delivered under plain wrap?
A;  YES, they are delivered in a plain brown envelope.

Q;  How long do deliveries take in US or Europe?
A;  Usually around 2 to 3 days rush order, from receipt of order in US and 5 to 7 days rush to Europe.

Q;  How long do deliveries take to the rest of the world?
A;  Usually around 7-10 days from receipt of order.

Q;  Do you deliver to anywhere in the World?
A;  YES, and our prices on our order page include First Class delivery!

Q;  Can I pay extra for Express delivery?
A;  NO! Unless if you have an account number with an Express company.

Q;  Does Date-Mate 2000 or Fm have any added fragrance?
A;  NO! Is it possible to smell Date-Mate 2000 or Fm at the time it is sprayed on? Most people perceive it sub-consciously, but some people may possibly perceive it as a very slight Musk smell.

Q;  Is it better to spray Date-Mate 2000 or Fm onto my skin or onto my clothing?
A;  We strongly recommend it be sprayed onto your clothing. Pheromones will not wash out of clothing; they will gradually deteriorate over a few weeks. Sprayed on the skin they will last perhaps 2 or 3 hours and also your skin acidity can affect the performance of the pheromones.

Q;  Is it possible to have an allergic reaction to Date-Mate 2000 or Fm?
A;  Yes, anything is possible in this regard, which is another reason to spray it direct onto clothing. But in over 5 years retailing it on the Internet we have only been made aware of just two instances of this occurring after being sprayed on the skin.
